1. 1-9 Transport Vehicles - $250.00 annually
2. 10-19 Transport Vehicles - $750.00 annually
3. 20-35 Transport Vehicles - $1,125.00 annually
4. 36-49 Transport Vehicles - $1,500.00 annually
5. 50+ Transport Vehicles - $2,250.00 annually
6. Associate Member - $250.00
